The second shop is on the sixth floor of the Ichigo Akihabara Ekimae Building, the former game-center SEGA building (now home to the official Ichiban Kuji Shop Akihabara), a one-minute walk from the Electric Town exit of JR Akihabara Station. It's the LIVE RESTAURANT Heaven's Gate store, which is among the larger of the Maidreamin shops. What a long shop name!
The only way to get there is by elevator, and long lines tend to form in front of the elevator, so be careful! I went on a Sunday, but since I went early in the morning I got in without much waiting.
True to its name, this is the shop that holds the most live shows and events, and when I went, they were running an event where customers drew a lottery for 880 Reamin (1 Reamin = 1 yen). Apparently first prize was being able to take cheki with all the shop's girls...
Speaking of the lottery, this shop has released an official app. When you visit, you accumulate points, and each time you can draw a lottery. Apparently there are no losing tickets; even the lowest gets you something. Well, it's things like a maid's smile... (Is this McDonald's, ha ha.) I went three times, and the best I got was, I think, the right to be granted five points.
Also, as an official-app perk, once a day only, you can have them give you a stamp. It's common to whichever shop you go to, and even if you visit two or three shops in a day, they'll only stamp it once. Be careful.
Now, what I ordered at this shop was the "Kuma-tan Burg! Demi-glace sauce! (in a Dora*emon-style voice)." It's a bear-shaped hamburger of a slightly smaller size, perfect for women. And it comes with rice. On this cute little bear's face... whoa, bleeding! ...It's nothing.
I forgot to mention, but Maidreamin, with no exceptions, charges an "admission fee" too, but at 880 yen it's relatively cheap. Besides a set course of cheki, food, and admission fee, there are fairly hearty menus from 3,000 yen, 4,000 yen, and 5,000 yen up.
